Completed Services:
We can't provide refunds for services that have been fully delivered. This is because the allocation
of resources and efforts varies at different stages of a project.
Setup Fees and Costs:
Refunds are not available for setup fees or associated costs.
Taxes:
We don't offer refunds for taxes that we're required to collect by regulatory authorities as part of
our fees.
Violation of Terms:
If you violate our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your service without
issuing a refund.
Same-Day Delivery Exceptions:
Refunds do not apply to same-day delivery services. We can't provide refunds for delays caused by
third parties. Generally, refunds are processed and should appear in your account within 5 to 7
business days after payment verification.
